Audio Video

Approached them in the early stages of a new custom build a few months ago. Spoke with one of their managers and shared construction blueprints, gave them contact info for the GC and architect that did the design, and asked them to design the home theater for me. I said its a blank canvas, so give me the same high end room you have. I budgeted 50K on the build alone (for starters). They got back to me a week later, with excuses and said they couldn't do it and to have someone else look at it. So yeah, they lost (to start) 50K in business because...reasons? Went with a ISF/CEDIA/THX/Dolby certified installer in Houston, waaaay better, professional demeanor, entered into contract and was actually cheaper and much better than the large room they have. They were called to the big leagues and chickened out back to triple A.

Audio Video has been in business in B/CS forever. Their services did not disappoint. We are doing a substantial renovation and addition. Mike helped us with the design of our WiFi/router/access point system and was extremely patient with our questions. The AV crew installed our wiring and access points and at the completion our project installed all the components including an astonishing TV. We could not be happier with the end result! The crews on site were extremely friendly, capable, and NEAT! We highly recommend Audio Video.

Excellent support in selecting equipment for my home. Display studio had many brands and models to view and hear. Wesley was very helpful in selecting the right equipment for my home. Installation team was on time and efficient- answered all questions that I had. I had to call back for help in using the equipment a couple times - A/V was most helpful and willing to send the installers back out to help me out. Great experience with all of the folks there.

We recently rebuilt our home and installed a sound system throughout the house and also on our outside living areas. With the onset of the pandemic we have not had the occasion to fully use this wonderful extension of music but now the future is looking like we will be able to. We also installed several new televisions and all the personnel at Audio Video were excellent in their understanding of our needs regarding explanations and their patience in answering questions. We highly recommend them. We may be technologically challenged but we were never made to feel that way in any of our dealings with this company and their staff.
